General Practice New Patient: $110 only includes consultation.
General Practice Follow-Up: $80 only includes consultation.
Wellness Center New Patient: $175 only includes consultation.
Wellness Center Follow-Up: $100 only includes consultation.
Appointment Scheduling
For new patients, we require them to come in person to sign all new patient forms and bring their ID and identification.
We also require medical records from prior primary care providers.
The new patient process typically takes a couple of weeks.
